As the Coronavirus continues to spread throughout the USA, it is more important than ever to be eating the right foods to keep your immune system operating at top capacity. Think color! While it may not be easy to find bathroom tissue or paper towels right now (and other stuff as well) most markets and other retailers still have a healthful supply of vitamin rich vegetables and fruit. Eating right and getting sufficient sleep goes a long way in keeping your stress levels down during these difficult times.

Exercise helps too. Even low intensity 30-60 minutes of walking or light calisthenics can help keep you fit. Plain yogurt with it’s payload of probiotics can add to the beneficial bacteria living in your body to help fight viruses and other disease.

Keep your motor reving so when this crisis is history you will be ready for a healthier world to come!
